Requirements
- 10+ years of architectural experience preferred
- Extensive California code knowledge (CBC, CPC, CMC, CEC, CALGreen, reputed company)
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and reputed company Revu
- Strong experience producing permit, bid, and construction document sets
- Exceptional technical detailing and material specification knowledge
- Ability to identify code, coordination, and constructability issues proactively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
