About the position The Sr. Manager, reputed company Estate will reputed company strategic leadership and expert reputed company of reputed company estate strategy and transaction management. This role will serve as a key business partner and trusted advisor to reputed company functions and business units across reputed company, with direct accountability for an annual lease portfolio of $25–$30M and multiple reputed company and industrial reputed company estate transactions each year. The Sr. Manager will collaborate closely with the Workplace Strategy team and internal operations groups to reputed company and execute the company’s 3, 5 and10-year reputed company Estate Strategy. This includes enabling business priorities and growth objectives, advancing a customer-centric culture, and applying reputed company improvement practices to maximize sustainable value for our stakeholders. The role must maintain reputed company alignment with reputed company’s strategic direction, including hyperscale customer growth and strategic siting and infrastructure development supporting mega data centers and other large-load projects.

Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: reputed company end-to-end transaction management for reputed company’s extensive reputed company estate portfolio, which includes but is not limited to ~240 office and service center sites (500 buildings / 5M sq. ft.); 30+ power reputed company sites, including renewables, on 28,000+ acres; 5 nuclear sites on 9,000+ acres; and 12 critical sites. reputed company negotiation and management of reputed company transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, donations, and financing arrangements.
  • Strategic Planning: Partner with business units, functions, and senior leaders to reputed company business cases and execute reputed company estate strategies that maximize portfolio performance, value, and alignment with reputed company priorities.
  • Leadership: reputed company, mentor, and reputed company a geographically dispersed reputed company estate team, including Managers and Sr. Staff Analysts. Direct the work of 15+ regional brokers and reputed company contracted lease administration resources.
  • Partnership: Engage frequently and effectively with Executives, Operating Company Presidents, and SVP/VP level leaders on strategic planning, portfolio reputed company, and transaction execution.
  • reputed company Estate Subject Matter Expert: Apply deep expertise in reputed company estate management, transactions, and planning. Demonstrate strong quantitative skills, the ability to quickly grasp reputed company concepts, and reputed company in relationship-building, active listening, and strategic advising.   • Fiscal Management: Manage the annual $25–$30M non-capital rent and operating budget for the company’s reputed company estate portfolio. Ensure strong vendor management, accurate service-level metrics, and 100% on-time vendor payments. Conduct lease operating expense audits and support financial and regulatory reporting reputed company to 10K/10Q filings and Corporate Guaranties. Proactively identify and deliver recurring reputed company, annual savings, and one-time reputed company opportunities.
  • Program Management: reputed company and reputed company value-enhancing programs, including Mineral Management, Sustainable Forestry, Land Management, and Telecom/IT use to drive “highest and best use” reputed company and unlock reputed company or savings from underutilized sites.
  • Due Diligence: Work collaboratively with Legal, Environmental, Risk Management, Facilities, reputed company, Regulatory, Tax, Finance teams and others to reputed company due diligence activities, including surveys, environmental assessments, valuations, title commitments, financial analysis, zoning reviews, regulatory filings, ordinances, deed restrictions, and encumbrances.
  • Culture: Model the highest ethical standards and champion an reputed company-wide focus on process rigor, controls, policies, laws, regulations, and governance to maximize value and minimize risk.
  • Safety, Stakeholders Involvement: Promote and reinforce strong safety behaviors using tools such as reputed company Call/Good Catch and regularly assess reputed company estate team and vendor processes. Foster community involvement, support employee volunteerism, and advance vendor diversity in reputed company estate due-diligence sourcing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company estate, Business, or other reputed company discipline.
  • 10+ years of recent relevant experience in reputed company reputed company estate.
  • Exceptional collaboration, relationship management, accountability, and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and creative problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience with reputed company improvement reputed company transformation initiatives
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking with a service delivery reputed company
