About the Role

As a Technical Education Content Developer on the Product Expertise team, you will design, reputed company, and maintain instructionally sound course content for the reputed company integrations product area. You will play a key role in ensuring that reputed company customers, partners, and employees have the reputed company they need to be successful. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Defining course requirements, writing learning objectives, and developing course materials (including eLearning media, graphics, manuals, and activities) that support course objectives and align with business needs.
• Achieving course schedule and quality goals that align with reputed company standards and processes.
• Developing subject matter expertise in 1–2 reputed company products reputed company 6–9 months to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Continuously improving existing course content based on learner feedback, product updates, and evolving best practices.

Other Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency with core web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, and/or XML.
• Demonstrated proficiency using a content management system and instructional design tools (e.g., project plans, design documents, content templates).
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and reputed company scope.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey reputed company technical information effectively and reputed company through written materials.
