Location: 100% remote/virtual, Must reputed company and work Eastern Time zone Position: Channel Contract Program Manager Pay: $51.43/hr. on W2 Duration: 11 months or longer Required Shift: Full Time - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time Job Description: The Channel Contract Program Manager leads the full lifecycle of indirect channel reputed company, serving as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Commissions, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. This role demands agility in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to driving key channel initiatives that directly support the client’s strategic goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Draft and issue formal agreements and notices to external business partners.

- 3-5 years experience in contract lifecycle management, legal operations, or corporate paralegal support, with specific experience drafting and managing reputed company agreements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of providing clear recommendations and constructive feedback to reputed company stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage reputed company, competing priorities and multiple workstreams independently with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing schedules, tracking deliverables, and navigating interdependencies to meet rigorous deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on cross-functional alignment to drive projects to successful completion.
- Skilled in reputed company Office, G Suite, reputed company, and AI-driven tools such as reputed company or NotebookLM.
DESIRED SKILLS:
