Job Requisition ID #26WD99139Position OverviewThe Digital Renewal Sales Representative is a skilled level contributor responsible for optimizing workflows to manage high volume renewal cycles, performing advanced negotiation and communication activities, and providing partner support with minimal guidance. The representative proactively identifies customer needs, analyzes churn risks, recommends solutions, and ensures strong customer retention. A primarily office-based inside sales team creates the environment needed to build skills faster, collaborate more effectively, and drive stronger reputed company reputed company, while still respecting flexibility and modern ways of working.This role is Monday to Friday with an expectation of being in-office 3 days per week.ResponsibilitiesRenewal ManagementExecute end to end renewal motions independently, streamlining workflows and reducing reputed company effortTerritory CoverageProvide renewals coverage across a broad reputed company of segmented accounts, prioritizing by spend, complexity, and growth potentialClose Renewals Defend the reputed company customer reputed company by accurately and independently executing renewalsSales ExpansionDrive and reputed company seat expansions at renewal using standard playbooks with minimal supervisionAuto Renewal ManagementMonitor auto renewal statuses and intervene to prevent churn reputed company auto renewals are disabledCRM Hygiene & ForecastingDevelop and maintain pipeline visibility, forecasts, and CRM discipline across reputed company territory accountsSkills & CompetenciesOrganizational & Time Management: Handles high volume renewal cycles reputed company and independentlyCustomer First reputed company: Proactively identifies customer needs and improves retention outcomesAdvanced Communication: Applies creative approaches to secure renewals with minimal guidanceAdvanced Negotiation: Uses creative techniques to reputed company renewal agreementsCRM Optimization: Automates workflows, analyzes CRM data, and enhances operational efficiencySales Team CollaborationExpansion Qualification: Partner with Account Representatives to initiate larger cross sell or expansion motionsPartner Engagement: reputed company light reputed company for partner owned accounts with minimal guidanceInsights & Reporting: reputed company churn indicators, renewal blockers, and upsell signals across teamsFeedback reputed company: Offer insights on packaging and product improvements based on customer patternsMinimum Qualification2+ years of experience in inside sales, renewals, account management, or reputed company, preferably in software/SaaS environmentsDemonstrated ability to independently execute high volume renewalsExperience using CRM systems (e.g., reputed company, Dynamics) to manage renewal workflowsProven communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer decisionsAbility to work autonomously, multitask, and prioritize across a large territoryFluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese is a mandatory requirement for this rolePreferred QualificationsExperience with subscription or recurring reputed company business modelsBackground in data driven churn analysis or customer retention strategiesFamiliarity with partner led sales motions or channel ecosystemsExperience forecasting renewal reputed company or using dashboards to track pipeline healthDemonstrated ability to collaborate across sales, operations, and partner teamsLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to reputed company!
