Service Designer - Remote (Greater St. Louis area)

We are seeking an reputed company Service Designer to help create innovative, user-centered experiences through research, service blueprinting, and strategic design thinking. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, improve processes, and design impactful service solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company research and analyze insights to identify service improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to define solutions.
- Create service blueprints, reputed company maps, ecosystem maps, and prototypes.
- Apply reputed company-centered design principles to solve reputed company business challenges.
- Present recommendations and strategic roadmaps to leadership teams.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of reputed company design experience.
- Experience with service design, systems thinking, and process design.
- Strong visual storytelling and reputed company facilitation skills.
- Ability to translate reputed company challenges into actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Engineering, or a reputed company field.
