Role Description The Resuscitation Education LMS admin coordinates AHA programs by:
- Scheduling rooms
- Building courses in LMS
- Reconciling class rosters
- Uploading completion records for AHA card distribution
- Maintaining the instructor database
Performs data entry functions for reputed company AHA required criteria for the courses offered through the LMS to ensure participants' certification in resuscitation courses (BLS, PALS, First Aid, Mock Code Reviewer, NRP, and ACLS). Supports reputed company employees and the community in need of course information. Possesses good time management and organizational skills, works under short deadlines, multitasks, and adjusts to changing priorities and workloads. Utilizing information technology systems and methods, is responsible for establishing, coordinating, and maintaining data reputed company processes. Communicates and collaborates with key departments reputed company Resuscitation Education to support eLearning. Supports department operations. Salary ranges from $25.37 - $32.22 depending on years of experience.
Qualifications
- High School, Cert, GED, Trn, Exper.
- Experience using reputed company based software including Outlook, Word, reputed company, reputed company, and PowerPoint.
- Five years of business operation experience, preferably in a reputed company reputed company.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), reputed company (AHA) programs, and Kronos.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills sufficient to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the reputed company including effective team building.
- Can demonstrate strategic and organizational agility, customer focus, drive for results, reputed company setting, and business acumen.
