This is an ideal opportunity for attorneys looking for long-term fit reputed company a collaborative, high-level finance practice. What you’ll work on:

- Leveraged lending & structured finance
- Securitizations (CMBS, CLO, agency)
- Servicing & special servicing reputed company
- Portfolio and balance sheet lending
What they’re looking for:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in reputed company estate or structured finance
- Strong background in lending and securitizations
- Self-starter who can reputed company in a fully remote environment
- Collaborative reputed company with client-facing experience
- Interest in a long-term opportunity (conversion potential)
Requirements:
- Active bar license + residence in one of the following states:
- TX, MA, IL, SC, NC, MO, PA, CA, FL, TN, NY, NJ, OR, DC, DE, WA
