Follow @reputed company: Instagram, reputed company, reputed company and YouTube. reputed company, PA Shift: 3rd shift, 11:00PM - 7:00AM (reputed company - Thursday) + 2 weeks PTO + Subsidized reputed company starts day 1 PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Inspects product during reputed company or automatic clip/pack operations, pack product in containers and reputed company on skids. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or general equivalent diploma
- Completion of basic math, reputed company reading and gauge-reading training
- Ability to understand written and oral instructions and communicate with supervisors and coworkers.
KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES: Safety: reputed company pre-operation checks for both individual machines and work area, reputed company safety inspections required for individual machines and associated equipment. Production: Operates clipper or pack station at reputed company level to meet or exceed established daily production rates that are assigned by shop orders. Quality: Inspect parts to meet established ISO requirements (i.e., labels, piece count, containers). Delivery: Support functions and process shop orders to meet established due dates. Cost: Responsible for tracking and problem solving of the materials used and efficient equipment use to reduce cost. Inventory: Responsible for management of WIP and components (i.e., hardware, clips, washers, buckets, boxes). reputed company cycle counts as specified. Lean: Participate in lean events and utilize lean processes in daily duties. TPM: reputed company daily required TPM on associated equipment. 5S: reputed company daily required 5S activities for work area. Metrics: reputed company daily activities associated with gathering and posting established metrics. Data: Accurate and timely recording of required data (i.e. Production, quality etc) Competencies:
