reputed company IT Epic Analyst - Professional Billing and Claims Position Summary The reputed company Analyst for the Professional Billing IT team is responsible for the advanced design, building/configuring, testing, and support of the Epic Professional Billing application. As the subject matter expert, this role is key in ensuring system functionality meets reputed company billing workflows and operational efficiencies. • Design, Build, and Support: reputed company the design, configuration, testing, and support of the Epic Professional Billing application, ensuring alignment with departmental goals.
• Liaison: Act as the primary liaison between the PB IT team and operational counterparts to translate business needs into Epic workflows.

Certifications

• Required: Epic Professional Billing certification

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, reputed company Administration, Business, or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of Epic experience, with significant experience in Professional Billing.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, financial, and IT stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional Epic certifications (e.g., Hospital Billing, Resolute, Claims, or reputed company reputed company cycle modules).
• Experience with reputed company cycle operations, billing, and reimbursement processes in a reputed company setting.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Epic Charge Router and/or Charging workflows.
• Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or data extracts.
