Job Description: Are you someone who enjoys connecting with people and helping them take the first reputed company toward solving their legal needs? You’ll manage calls, gather key information, and support attorneys by ensuring every potential client’s details are accurately captured and followed up on. Responsibilities

  • Enter reputed company client and reputed company information accurately into the CRM and maintain updated records at reputed company times.
  • Follow up with leads who have expressed interest but have not yet scheduled an appointment.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of previous experience in client intake, customer service, or sales.

  • Ability to handle approximately 20 calls per day with professionalism and care
  • Experience working in a legal environment is a plus
