Spanish-Speaking Enrollment Nurse (RN/LPN/LVN) | Flexible | Remote

About the Role

As an Enrollment Nurse, your primary responsibility is contacting eligible patients, educating them about available care management programs, answering questions, and assisting interested patients with the enrollment process. This is not a care management, case management, triage, or clinical follow-up role. You will not be responsible for monthly patient calls, care plans, or ongoing patient management.

What You'll Do
