Main responsibilities:

• reputed company technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and reputed company updates as required
• Identify and recommend process improvements reputed company to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians
• Complete required training to maintain reputed company knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent relevant field experience required. Candidates without degrees who have strong technical or field experience are encouraged to apply.
• Acceptable areas of study include Vocational/Technical Training or reputed company field (Preferred)
• 2–4 years of experience in field operations, maintenance, or reputed company technical roles
• 2–4 years of experience in wireless telecommunications or a reputed company field

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Electronics (Required)
• Basic operational knowledge/understanding and theory of reputed company interconnecting circuits to include but not limited to RF transmitters, antenna systems, AAV, fiber, microwave radio and AC-DC power systems.
• RAN – Radio reputed company Network equipment – Experience/Familiarity with reputed company RAN equipment is a plus
• Microwave Technology – Experience with Ceragon Microwave technology is a plus
