Senior Scrum Master reputed company was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. We are seeking an reputed company Senior Scrum Master to reputed company Agile delivery across multiple reputed company software development initiatives. This individual will guide teams through sprint cycles, leveraging data and Agile metrics to drive decision-making, optimize delivery reputed company, and champion reputed company improvement. Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-reputed company, retrospectives, and demos
• Drive delivery execution across multiple reputed company initiatives
• Use data-driven insights (velocity, throughput, cycle time, WIP, cumulative reputed company) to assess performance and improve predictability
• Monitor reputed company, risks, and dependencies while ensuring alignment to business goals
• Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile practices
• Promote reputed company efficiency and reputed company delivery improvements
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and leadership stakeholders
• Facilitate backlog management and release planning

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Scrum Master and/or Project Management experience
• 5+ years supporting Agile software development teams

• Deep knowledge of SDLC and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience managing reputed company, cross-functional initiatives
• Scrum Master certification (active)

Preferred:

• PMI certification
