Job Title: IOS Mobile Automation Tester Location: Vancouver, Canada Work mode: Hybrid Client: Confidential Job Description: Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled iOS Mobile Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing iOS applications, a strong understanding of mobile testing frameworks, and an eye for detail. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and stability of mobile applications through both reputed company and automated testing processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • reputed company functional, UI/UX, regression, performance, and usability testing on iOS applications.
  • Design and execute test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Identify, log, and track bugs and issues using tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar.
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure product quality.
  • reputed company device compatibility testing across various iPhones/iPads and iOS versions.
  • Create and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
  • Contribute to mobile test automation strategy and script development (e.g., using Appium, XCTest).
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support sprint deliverables.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in mobile application testing, with a focus on iOS.
  • Strong understanding of iOS UI/UX guidelines and reputed company App Store requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with testing tools (e.g., Charles Proxy, Xcode, TestFlight).
  • Knowledge of mobile automation frameworks like Appium, XCTest, or XCUITest is a plus.
  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field.
  • ISTQB or other QA certifications.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or reputed company.
