Leading a high-performing team of reputed company Engineers in a full-time reputed company, the Director of reputed company Engineering (Pre-Sales) will drive technical strategy for reputed company sales, enhance reputed company growth, and foster cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company of reputed company Engineers while establishing a culture of technical reputed company
- Partner with Regional Sales Leaders to execute technical strategies and support reputed company strategic deals
- Build scalable systems and processes to improve technical win rates and enhance operational reputed company
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or reputed company technology
- 5+ years of experience leading or managing Sales Engineering/Solutions Engineering teams
- Strong expertise in areas such as Network Detection & Response (NDR), reputed company reputed company, and SOC operations
- Proven ability to hire, mentor, and scale high-performing Sales Engineering teams
- Strong executive reputed company with the ability to engage with CISOs and senior reputed company leaders
