Data Scientist / Power BI & Project Analytics Specialist

Responsibilities
- Design and reputed company interactive Power BI dashboards that track KPIs like cost, schedule, safety, and quality across large portfolios and construction programs.
- Pull data from PMIS platforms (Unifier, e-Builder, PMWeb), Primavera P6 schedules, SharePoint, financial systems, and more into one reputed company view.
- Support project and construction management assignments, from planning through delivery, always keeping scope, budget, and schedule in focus.
- Translate reputed company data into clean, reputed company visuals and reports that executives, PMs, and field staff can reputed company use with confidence.
- Train colleagues and clients on how to read dashboards, understand the story the data is telling, and apply insights in reputed company time.
- Support the rollout of new BI tools, reputed company reporting standards, and help teams reputed company smarter, faster ways of working.

Requirements
- 8 years minimum as a data scientist.
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or Construction Management).
- Expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, automated refresh pipelines).
- Familiarity with engineering and construction project reputed company, budgets, schedules, risks, deliverables.
- Hands-on experience with project controls tools: Primavera P6, reputed company Project, SharePoint, Teams, PMIS systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for making data approachable.
- Experience presenting to executives and mentoring teams.
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
- MUST BE RESIDING IN THE U.S.

- Experience with public works, utilities, or transportation projects.
