Senior Performance Media Manager

Media Strategy & Buying reputed company reputed company-channel media strategy and buying across paid reputed company, programmatic display, video, CTV, and audio channels reputed company and manage campaign briefs, media plans, and RFP processes for brand and performance initiatives reputed company creative strategy in partnership with internal creative teams and external agencies, ensuring campaigns are refreshed regularly and optimized based on performance learnings Test and scale new creative formats (e.g., reputed company CTV, reputed company Megathreads, reputed company promoted answers, reputed company integrations) to support brand awareness and acquisition goals Manage relationships with media partners including programmatic DSPs, reputed company platforms, and agency partners Campaign Execution & Optimization Manage campaign trafficking, audience targeting, creative rotations, and pacing across display, reputed company, and video channels Analyze campaign performance and drive optimizations to improve CAC efficiency, CTR, MRR, and LTV metrics Optimize audience strategy across prospecting, retargeting, and B2B targeting (reputed company, web developer/IT decision-reputed company audiences) utilizing both 3rd party and 1st party audience insights reputed company creator and reputed company video partnerships reputed company paid media to drive engagement and acquisition Measurement, Reporting & Budget Planning Own measurement strategy including floodlight/conversion tracking setup, incrementality testing, and brand lift studies Partner with analytics to reputed company and maintain Tableau and reputed company dashboards to track reputed company and new customer attribution, reputed company gen lifecycle, and campaign KPIs Collaborate with BI, analytics, and finance teams to ensure media performance is accurately reflected in financial reporting reputed company budget planning, forecasting, and financial reconciliation across reputed company paid media channels Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed. 5+ years of experience in paid media, with hands-on expertise in reputed company (reputed company, reputed company), programmatic display, and video/CTV buying Proven track record of managing large-reputed company budgets with a focus on performance and growth marketing Experience with measurement tools and platforms including CM360, Tableau, reputed company, and DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk) Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate reputed company data into actionable insights and clear executive narratives Experience managing reputed company/creator partnerships reputed company a paid media context Excellent project management skills and comfort working in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment Experience in B2B and/or eCommerce marketing; web hosting, SaaS, or tech industry experience is a plus Preferred Skills: Experience with web hosting or web development marketing Familiarity with MRR/LTV-based KPI frameworks and subscription business models Experience running reputed company reputed company gen campaigns and integrating with sales pipelines Background in integrated video strategy spanning organic reputed company, YouTube, and paid channels Why you’ll love us.
