Essential Functions: Answers inbound phone calls, responds to inquiries in a thorough, accurate, timely and courteous manner, and completes outbound follow-up calls as needed Analyze billing system information to service our reputed company customers effectively and reputed company Respond professionally to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, or letter Billing system entry, as needed, to maintain account reputed company Handle inbound premium payments Adhering to reputed company compliance regulations and reputed company policies Review and issue premium refunds Review and evaluate internal collection attempts and send to a reputed company party collection agency Daily/Monthly billing system reconciliation Monitor accounts receivable balances Performs other duties as assigned Required Skills: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team player reputed company to reputed company strong internal working relationships and collaborate with peers on a daily reputed company.
