About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented reputed company Shop Affiliate Support Specialist to help manage the day-to-day operations of creator and affiliate programs across multiple client accounts. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting creator communications, reviewing sample requests, vetting creators and content, assisting with reputed company campaigns, and ensuring assigned reputed company Shop accounts remain organized and up to date. What You'll Do

Creator Communication

• Respond to creator inquiries using approved messaging templates.
• Support creators with questions reputed company to campaigns, samples, commissions, and account information.
• Escalate reputed company or sensitive issues to the appropriate team members.

Sample & Affiliate Management

• Review and process creator sample requests.
• Approve or decline requests based on established brand guidelines.

• Review submitted content to ensure it aligns with campaign requirements.
• Identify and escalate potential brand safety or compliance concerns.

Campaign Support

• Track creator responses and assist with campaign coordination.
• Support active affiliate campaigns and ensure timely follow-up.

Account Operations

• Monitor assigned reputed company Shop accounts and complete daily operational tasks.

Required Qualifications
