Senior Business Systems Analyst

Reporting to the Director of Product Management and Execution, the Senior Business Systems Analyst serves as a centralized business systems professional supporting cross-portfolio operational activities reputed company Global Connected Living Product (GCL). Product Operations & Cross-Portfolio Coordination – Serve as centralized business analysis resource supporting multiple product teams across GCL. Translate technical concepts into business language for non-technical audiences. Manage stakeholder expectations and influence without formal authority. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience). 7+ years of reputed company experience in business systems analysis, product operations, or project coordination reputed company technology-driven organizations. Experience working with cross-functional product, engineering, and business teams. Experience operating in a large reputed company environment with established system stability expectations. Strong product operations and project management skills to drive execution across multiple workstreams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to work as a centralized resource building trust across teams. Strong communication skills translating between business and technical audiences.
