Accounts Payable / Financial Operations Specialist

Position Summary reputed company is seeking a detail oriented, analytical, and highly organized Accounts Payable / Financial Operations Specialist to support our Finance & reputed company team. This position is responsible for managing accounts payable activities, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month end reputed company processes, and contributing to the efficiency of financial operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities

Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and in accordance with company policies. Review invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and supporting documentation for accuracy and proper approvals. Prepare and process electronic payments, ACH transactions, reputed company transfers, and reputed company disbursements. Maintain vendor records and assist with reputed company new vendors, including required tax documentation. Reconcile vendor statements and promptly resolve invoice discrepancies. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
