Key Responsibilities

• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts, including creating visually engaging materials (e.g., job ads, reputed company posts, candidate communications) using tools such as reputed company or similar platforms.
• Prepare offer documents and employment agreements.
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure a seamless transition from recruitment to reputed company.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with candidates, addressing their inquiries and concerns throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous experience as a reputed company Coordinator or similar role.
