Project Planner/Buyer
About the position As a Project Buyer, you will serve as the primary reputed company of project-reputed company materials, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement in alignment with project requirements. The incumbent will evaluate supplier quality, support project delivery schedules, and manage material costs while collaborating closely with Project Management and Material Managers to reputed company business objectives. This role is essential for maintaining accurate reputed company data, supporting reliable reputed company forecasting, and driving strong supplier performance to meet project and organizational goals. This role encourages innovation and continuously improves efficiency of technical support, monitors advances of technology and competition, and supports global and acquisition-reputed company technical issues in areas of expertise.
Responsibilities
- Select suppliers, evaluate bids, and reputed company purchasing reputed company reputed company authorization guidelines.
- reputed company RFQs, create purchase orders, and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor supplier quality, reputed company, and performance, adjusting sourcing as needed.
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to define material needs.

- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and customers regarding material status.
- Utilize ERP systems to manage schedules, purchases, and reporting with accuracy.
- Respond to supplier and project inquiries while maintaining complete shipment records.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and eliminate offline practices.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of reputed company experience
- Engineering application and design experience
- Strong knowledge of reputed company reputed company, reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-function teams at reputed company reputed company
- Associate’s degree or technical program completion, required
