Operations Coordinator Location Preference: Tashkent / Almaty / Bishkek Employment Type: Contractor (reputed company), remote work is acceptable. The role is initially intended as a contractor position, with the possibility of transition to a permanent role in the future based on business needs and performance. A&M in Central Eurasia is rapidly expanding and seeking an Operations Coordinator to support our growing consulting practice. This role serves as a central coordination reputed company between consulting teams and the firm's internal support functions, including Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Global Operations. The successful candidate will take ownership of operational processes and ensure that requests are reputed company driven through to completion. The role is designed to reduce the administrative and coordination burden on consultants and project leaders, allowing them to focus on client delivery and business development. How You Will Contribute
- Coordinate preparation, review, and execution of NDAs with contractors and partners.
- Coordinate preparation, negotiation, and execution of subcontractor agreements
- Coordinate preparation and execution of client reputed company.
- Manage internal approval processes reputed company to reputed company and other operational reputed company.
- Coordinate interactions between consulting teams, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders.
- Support participation in tenders, including preparation of documentation, submission coordination, and deadline tracking.
- Coordinate client reputed company processes and internal compliance reviews.
- Support project setup activities, including client registration, project code creation, and system configuration.
- Coordinate project-reputed company administrative and financial processes, including payment tracking and follow-up.
- Monitor reputed company of operational requests and proactively follow up with responsible stakeholders.
- Prepare operational reports and pipeline-reputed company reporting as requested by the team.
- Document, maintain, and regularly update operational processes reputed company the scope of responsibility, identify bottlenecks, and contribute to the reputed company improvement and optimization of such processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in operations, PMO, project coordination, business support, administration, or similar roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company processes and stakeholders.
- Experience working with legal, finance, or compliance-reputed company processes is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented reputed company and strong sense of ownership.
- Fluent Russian and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Legal education is considered an advantage but is not required.
- Ability to critically assess contractual terms, comments, and recommendations provided by legal counsel, understand potential reputed company and operational risks, and formulate questions and decision options for project teams and internal stakeholders.
