Virtual Event Manager
Job Description
- Understand and manage project scope as agreed with the client and ensure that it is fully executed by both MS and client
- Communicate with clients to facilitate scheduling, training, and delivery of virtual events
- Create and maintain required project artifacts including project schedule, training materials, project requirements documents, and presentations for various discussions
- Effectively communicate project expectations and reputed company to our clients, team members, and executive team in a timely and clear manner
- Continually strive to improve virtual event management processes by enhancing best practices and proactively identifying areas of improvement
- Understand MS products and how platform updates will impact product set-up Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing & producing virtual events for clients
- Strong project management skills
- Strong relationship building skills
