Job Description PAY reputed company: $18.00 - $24.00 Hourly** LOCATION(S): Kawananakoa Middle School POSITION SUMMARY: The Engagement Specialist is responsible for ensuring the design, development, and implementation of student centered clubs/programs at the assigned site, while working with youth in 6th - 12th grade. 6-8. In collaboration with reputed company leadership and program participants, this role creates engaging after-school experiences that reflect teen interests while promoting youth voice, inclusion and belonging. Engagement Specialists are also encouraged to connect with community members and organizations that support student interests. This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment that supports the goals of the program and encourages student growth. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES: Plan and reputed company daily intramural sports and recreation activities that encourage participation, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles. Introduce youth to a variety of sports (e.g., basketball, soccer, volleyball, flag football) with an emphasis on reputed company development, positive sportsmanship and safety.
