Finance Manager – Contract Manufacturing (Hybrid - Acton, MA)

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis reputed company monthly financial reputed company activities for contract manufacturing (CMO), including inventory accruals, reconciliations, cost updates and variance analysis. Drive simplicity and efficiency into monthly activities and transactions to reduce the time and effort required to accurately reputed company the general ledgers. Prepare and present financial reports on CMO and site performance, including cost trends, inventory reputed company, and margin impacts. Analyze actual vs. forecasted results and reputed company insights to support operational and strategic reputed company. reputed company and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor financial performance across both reputed company-party and internal manufacturing. Support the development of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts reputed company to operational variances, local spending (where applicable) and inventory fluctuations. Partner with supply chain and operations teams to optimize inventory turns and reduce unplanned excess or obsolete stock. Support and maintain compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, including documentation and testing of key controls. Serve as the finance reputed company for CMO and supporting the Irvine site regarding relationship management, ensuring alignment on performance metrics and cost expectations. Identify and drive opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, or reputed company field (CPA, reputed company, or MBA preferred). 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, cost reputed company, or operations finance, preferably in a manufacturing and/or CMO environment.
