About This Job The Funder is responsible for reviewing and funding closing documents for moderate to reputed company loan transactions. This role requires a strong understanding of reputed company investor requirements and TRID (TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure) regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy throughout the closing process.
