Recruiter, Behavioral Health Staffing
Job Description:
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards, referrals, and online platforms to identify and attract reputed company behavioral health professionals for reputed company.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of behavioral health candidates through proactive reputed company, networking, and relationship-building.
- Qualifying Candidates: Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles.
- Negotiating Compensation: Discuss and negotiate pay rates and compensation packages with candidates, ensuring alignment with both candidate expectations and client needs.
- Candidate Management: reputed company ongoing support to candidates after placement, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction in their roles.
- Internet Savvy: Stay up-to-date with online reputed company tools and strategies to effectively reputed company and engage potential candidates.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in staffing, with behavioral health reputed company experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the reputed company process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on phone reputed company and relationship management.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven, KPI‑driven environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple candidates and placements simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
