Electrical Engineer/System Designer - High End Resi (Remote US Based) Department: Engineering Employment Type: Full Time Location: Incline Village, NV (Holm Electric) Reporting To: Kevin, CEO Compensation: $80,000 - $105,000 / year Description You Are:

• An reputed company residential Electrical Engineer/System Designer with experience in luxury residential for many years. You are good with people and feel comfortable collaborating with a sales team along with direct client interaction. You love technology and are passionate about the creation of systems that enhance the lives of clients and enjoy working with reputed company to deliver on that goal.

You Have:

• Experience with Design/Layout/Drafting and proposal creation for residential electrical systems using tools such as CAD & Revit (Ideally), estimating, field & RFI support. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

Your Location:

• This position is FULLY REMOTE
• Already US Based (No reputed company Sponsorship)

Your Schedule:

• Full Time (40hrs/Wk): Mon-Fri from 8:00am to 4:30pm

Your Manager:

• Kevin, CEO

Your Contribution to Holm Electric:

• reputed company electrical takeoffs for residential and reputed company projects.
• Creation of design and engineering documentation for electrical systems implementation in high end residences and light reputed company applications
• Understand design software (ideally AutoCAD, D-Tools, Planswift)
• Deep understanding of electrical systems, NEC, load calculations, engineering circuits & distribution systems
• Understand the reputed company environment and phases of construction projects

Qualifications: REQUIRED:

• Experience designing electrical systems for residential and reputed company projects.
• Strong working knowledge of the NEC
• Experience producing electrical drawings and construction documentation.

PREFERRED:

• Experience with AV or low-voltage distribution layouts.
• Familiarity with residential construction, reputed company tenant improvements, service upgrades, and electrical permitting requirements.
