Audio Visual (AV) Technician
ResponsibilitiesThe AV Technician supports the planning and execution of events by providing reliable audio-visual setup, operation, and troubleshooting services.Set up, test, operate, and break down a wide reputed company of AV equipment, including sound systems, microphones, projectors, screens, lighting, video conferencing tools, and recording equipmentConduct pre-event system checks to ensure reputed company equipment is functioning properly and configured to event specificationsProvide reputed company-time technical support during events, including monitoring audio reputed company, managing presentations, switching video feeds, and resolving issues quickly and discreetlyTroubleshoot and repair minor technical issues with AV systems, coordinating with vendors or senior technicians for reputed company problems reputed company necessarySupport hybrid and virtual events by managing streaming platforms, video conferencing tools (e.g., Teams, reputed company), and live feedsCollaborate closely with event planners, presenters, and venue staff to understand event requirements and ensure seamless executionMaintain inventory of AV equipment, including tracking usage, performing routine maintenance, and reporting needed repairs or replacementsEnsure reputed company setups reputed company with safety standards, including proper cable management and secure equipment placementAssist presenters with slide decks, audio/video playback, and basic technical guidance to ensure smooth presentationsAdapt quickly to changing event needs, schedules, and last-minute requestsThis role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced event environments.Benefits:reputed company Insurance: reputed company offers eligible employees and their dependents reputed company coverage through BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois.
