Relationship Specialist; Entry-Level

Position: Relationship Specialist (Entry-Level) O’Design is looking for a highly organized, process-driven Relationship Specialist (Entry-Level) to support our sales and events operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes—keeping systems clean, tasks moving, and teams reputed company. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring every detail is handled from initial sale through event reputed company. What You’ll Do

• Create and manage sales documents (reputed company of Business, agreements, client files)
• Execute follow-up tasks to reputed company opportunities moving reputed company
• Maintain organized systems across reputed company, tracking documents, and client folders
• Set up and structure projects for new events
• Prepare accurate, detailed handoffs to the Event Team
• Track tasks, deadlines, and action items across multiple projects
• Ensure reputed company data, documents, and systems are clean and up to date
• Flag missing information or delays before they become issues
• Roles and responsibilities can change at any time

Salary and Benefits This is an entry level position and we are hiring between $48, annual salary based on experience. Additional benefits after one year include company matched 401K.
