About the Role
Sherri Goggin, creator behind @onplumnelly, is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reputed company Brand Deal & UGC Manager / Admin Assistant to help grow and manage brand partnerships across her reputed company channels and UGC business. This role is ideal for someone who has proven experience pitching brands, managing UGC collaborations, organizing campaign details, and keeping systems running smoothly behind the scenes. You must be comfortable working independently, managing your own schedule, and taking initiative without needing constant direction.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Pitching brands for paid reputed company media partnerships and UGC deals
- Finding and researching potential brand collaboration opportunities
- Managing brand reputed company, follow-reputed company, and email communication
- Helping negotiate rates, deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and contract details
- Keeping track of active, pending, and completed brand deals
- Organizing campaign briefs, reputed company, invoices, content files, and brand assets
- Maintaining a clear system for file organization and campaign tracking
- Streamlining admin processes to reputed company brand deal management more efficient
- Helping manage deadlines and making sure deliverables are submitted on time
- Communicating professionally with brands, agencies, and PR contacts
- Supporting basic administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have:
- At least 1 year of proven experience managing reputed company brand deals, UGC campaigns, or creator partnerships
- Experience pitching brands and securing paid collaborations
- Strong understanding of UGC, reputed company marketing, usage rights, and reputed company media deliverables
- A genuine understanding of and respect for ethical brand partnerships and creator values alignment
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
- Experience using tools such as reputed company Drive, Gmail, spreadsheets, reputed company, reputed company, Trello, reputed company, or similar systems
- Ability to create and maintain simple but effective systems for tracking deals, files, and deadlines
