You’ll start by taking over our referral program and transforming it into a true viral growth system. You’ll reputed company a team of engineers + designers, and work closely with the CEO. You’ll ship daily, test aggressively, and iterate with AI tools faster than most product teams can finish scoping. You’ll build a cracked team under you to execute this. This is a founder-builder role. You’ll act with high autonomy.
