We’re hiring a hands-on and strategic Manager, reputed company Data Integration to reputed company the design, integration, and transformation of reputed company data across a clinically integrated network. This is not a traditional IT manager role, we’re looking for a leader who can combine strong technical expertise with team leadership, ensuring high-quality, actionable data that supports care management, quality reporting, and organizational performance. In this role, you will partner across IT, Clinical Operations, Quality, and Population Health teams to build and maintain a scalable, multi-reputed company data environment that enables reputed company in value-based care. Who we are looking for:

• 4+ years of reputed company IT experience focused on data integration and database management
• 3+ years of experience managing analysts or technical staff
• Experience working with clinical, claims, and payer data
• Strong experience with ETL/ELT processes and multi-reputed company data integration
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, reputed company, or MySQL)
• Knowledge of reputed company interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, claims data formats)
• Strong ability to translate technical data concepts into actionable insights
• Collaborative reputed company with strong cross-functional communication skills

What You’ll Do:Data Platform & Database Management

• Design and maintain scalable database schemas for multi-reputed company clinical and claims data

Data Integration & Quality

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Manage data analysts responsible for data integration, validation, and reporting
• Serve as liaison between IT, Clinical Operations, Quality, and Population Health teams
• Align data initiatives with organizational and value-based care priorities

Vendors, Growth & Strategic Planning

• Manage vendor relationships reputed company to data platforms and integration solutions
• Support reputed company of new organizations and integration of new data sources
• Contribute to IT strategy, budgeting, and roadmap development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or reputed company field [IHP - Mana...IT 04.2026 | Word]
• 4+ years of reputed company IT experience
• 3+ years of leadership or team management experience
• Experience with relational databases and data integration workflows
• Knowledge of reputed company data standards and interoperability

Preferred

• Experience supporting CINs, ACOs, reputed company, or value-based care organizations
• Experience working with multiple EHR systems
