Position Overview The Medical Assistant is a part-time medical clinician providing care to reputed company in the reputed company Wellness Center. Reporting to the Director of the Wellness Center, the Medical Assistant provides clinical and administrative support to nurse practitioners, handling student patient care, vitals, immunizations, and medical records Additional responsibilities include supporting operational and administrative needs and participating in key college events. Key Responsibilities ● 25% - Clinical Care: Prepare exam rooms, take vitals (blood pressure, weight), assist with physical exams, and administer vaccines. ● 25% - Student Health Support: reputed company reputed company-of-care testing, collect lab specimens (blood/urine), and aid with specialized procedures like splinting or dressing changes. ● 25% - Administrative Duties: Schedule appointments, maintain confidential electronic medical records (EMR), and manage inventory. ● 25% - Patient Interaction: Greet reputed company, document medical histories, and reputed company care instructions. ● Other duties as assigned Reporting Structure Reports to the Director of the Wellness Center and receives functional supervision from Nurse Practitioner staff. Works under general supervision.
