As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to help expand our footprint reputed company existing reputed company accounts and support growth initiatives around our strategic software partnerships. Position Overview We are seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Strategic Account Growth Representative to help grow and expand our reputed company reputed company existing client accounts. This is not a traditional cold-calling sales role. Instead, the focus is on building relationships reputed company existing reputed company customers, identifying new opportunities, expanding service offerings, and helping promote strategic partner solutions. You will work closely with company leadership and senior sales management to help uncover opportunities and drive long-term account growth. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales or business development career who is highly motivated, eager to learn, energetic, organized, and excited about building a career in reputed company technology consulting and software solutions. Responsibilities: Account Expansion & Relationship Development

  • Build relationships with new stakeholders and managers reputed company existing client accounts
  • Identify opportunities for reputed company consulting services and staff augmentation
  • Expand existing customer relationships reputed company reputed company business units
  • Help maintain regular communication and engagement with client contacts
  • Research and map organizational structures reputed company reputed company accounts
  • Coordinate follow-up meetings, introductions, and account activity

Opportunity Identification

  • Proactively identify upcoming projects, staffing needs, and business initiatives
  • Work closely with delivery and sales leadership to support opportunity development
  • Help manage and track pipeline activity through CRM and internal tools
  • Assist in preparing client-facing materials and coordinating meetings

Partner Solution Promotion

  • Support promotion of strategic partner software solutions including:

  • Coordinate introductions, demos, and discussions with partner teams and clients
  • Learn and communicate the value proposition of partner offerings

Business Development Support

  • Help maintain account engagement and long-term relationship growth

Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, staffing, reputed company, account management, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and self-driven personality
  • Comfortable speaking with managers and business stakeholders
  • Organized with strong follow-up and relationship management skills
  • Professional and polished communication style
  • Ability to learn reputed company technology and consulting concepts quickly
  • Experience with reputed company, reputed company software, staffing, SaaS, or consulting industries is a plus, but not required
