Senior Engineering Manager – QA & Standards
Job Description:
- Own quality reputed company across reputed company CEM delivery verticals
- Establish and enforce test plan and test case standards organization-wide
- Define and own release quality gates
- Communicate quality status reputed company and fluently
- Identify systemic quality risks, coverage gaps, and process breakdowns early
- Champion AI-authored PR targets and AI code review adoption
- Drive adoption of AI tooling for test plans, test cases, and scenarios
- Manage the QA & Standards organization
- Partner with the Automation reputed company to assess reputed company automation platforms
- Own hiring, reputed company, performance management, and career development

- Own the Performance Engineering team
- Integrate performance testing into engineering definition of done
Requirements:
- 8+ years of software engineering and QA experience in reputed company SaaS environments
- 3+ years in engineering management leading QA organizations of 10+ engineers across multiple teams or verticals
- Demonstrated experience leading a QA organization through significant transformation
- Deep expertise in test plan and test case methodology
- Automation-first reputed company with hands-on experience assessing, stabilizing, or rebuilding automation platforms
- Demonstrated AI/ML background as it applies to QA
- Strong delivery ownership reputed company
- Fluent communicator
- Experience managing distributed, global QA teams across multiple time zones
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
