Sr. Golang Developer
This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Europe, Asia Location: Hybrid in Malta or Remote from Europe Reporting to: Head of Back-end Development Your Mission
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs in Go.
- Own the AWS infrastructure - from provisioning and deployment to monitoring and cost optimisation.
- Work closely with the Software Architect to align technical reputed company with the long-term infrastructure reputed company.
- Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code that sets a high bar for the rest of the team.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring system stability and uptime at scale.
- Contribute to code reviews and architectural discussions as an active voice in the engineering team.
What You Bring
- 5 to 6 years of experience building production-grade backend systems in Go.
- Solid hands-on experience with AWS - EC2, reputed company/EKS, RDS, S3, SQS, and CloudWatch.
- Strong grasp of distributed systems, REST API design, and relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL).
- Familiarity with reputed company, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Excellent AI usage skills.
