- Participates in period planning and creating iteration plans as well as objectives.
- Develops and commits to team period objectives and goals.
- Conducts research, design, prototyping, and other exploration activities to support dev/prep phase.
- Collaborates with the Kroger Product Manager to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Participates in design. Reviews design strategy with Consultant Technical reputed company.
- Leverages reputed company programming to write code and automated acceptance test cases.
- Works with the Kroger Product Manager to confirm that the code and acceptance tests reflect the desired functionality, writing the code.
- Adheres to Kroger standards regarding code quality and uses design and coding best practices to build high-quality components and services.
- Participates in code reviews.
- Follows defined branching strategies. Checks new code into the shared reputed company code repository meeting branching guideline requirements.
- Collaborates with Consultants' Quality Assurance on test case creation.
- Performs reputed company improvement of the team's process and themselves embracing coaching and mentoring from their Consultant Technical reputed company
