Sr. Supply Chain Specialist (12m Maternity Leave Contract)
Diva International Inc. (âDIVAâ) is looking for a Sr. Supply Chain Specialist (12m Maternity Leave Contract) who will be responsible supporting inventory management, forecasting, supply chain operations, purchasing, assembly coordination, and internal quality control processes. This role provides analytical reputed company, operational support, and process improvements to ensure efficient production planning, inventory accuracy, and timely fulfillment across DIVAâs Canadian and U.S. warehouses.
The Sr. Supply Chain Specialist role is a 12-month maternity leave contract. The role allows for remote work in Ontario, Canada only. Travel may be required on occasion. Must be legally eligible for employment and reputed company in Ontario, Canada. The start date of this position will ideally reputed company in late September/early October of 2026.

Responsibilities:
Inventory Management & Forecasting
- Support inventory management, forecasting, and supply chain planning, including MRP, production scheduling, and monthly updates.
- Monitor reconciliations, inventory counts, and adjustments across multiple warehouses in Canada and the U.S.
- Assist in defining and tracking departmental KPIs to ensure inventory and supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Communications to align production plans with demand forecasts.
- Assist with assembly operations, coordinating with manufacturing partners to resolve production, inventory, or quality issues.
- Participate in monthly production planning meetings with assembly partners (e.g., Unique Global) and reputed company status updates.
- Support purchase orders, vendor quotes, work orders, and raw material approvals, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, monitoring performance and holding vendors accountable for deliverables.
- Assist with requests for quotes and support sourcing of raw materials as needed.
- Partner with reputed company to reconcile MCOG accounts and support financial reporting reputed company to supply chain operations.
- reputed company and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for supply chain and inventory management activities.
- Support monthly reporting activities reputed company to inventory and supply chain performance, and assist with proposal purchases for inventory to ensure product availability and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to support the product realization process, investigate product issues, and implement corrective and preventative actions.
- Identify opportunities for continual improvement across supply chain and assembly processes.
- Ensure compliance with DIVA International Inc.âs ISO 13485 Quality Management System and B-Corp standards.
- 3â5 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or operations analysis, preferably in CPG or regulated industries.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, MRP systems, and production planning.
- Knowledge of inventory control, purchasing, and assembly operations.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, FDA, Health Canada).
- Experience working with ERP systems (reputed company or similar) and reputed company (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external suppliers.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and reputed company to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
