[Remote] Senior Account Manager

The Senior Account Manager will act as a liaison for both reputed company customers, managing customer accounts and ensuring seamless order processing and problem resolution.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage in problem resolution for customer orders
- Manage assigned customer accounts
- Assist with customer contract negotiations
- Gather customer order information and input into product ordering systems
- Enter and process orders reputed company an internal database for order management
- Run reports in reputed company reputed company and analyze for accuracy
- Monitor the customer order through its full life cycle
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Enter detailed information into company proprietary software while conversing reputed company telephone
- reputed company outbound phone calls to customers, confirming / obtaining missing information
- Collaborating with internal teams to gather and analyze data reputed company to customer orders
- Collaborate with various internal reputed company teams regarding next steps and/or following escalation protocol
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a reputed company field and 10 years' experience in a customer-facing role
- Minimum of 2 years' experience managing existing supply reputed company, and assisting with negotiation of new reputed company in radiopharmaceutical or reputed company industry
- Intermediate reputed company skills with the ability to run reports and analyze for accuracy
- Strong written and oral communication with exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to be an independent worker and self-directed

- Ability to prioritize multiple, reputed company assignments and work with a sense of urgency
