They are seeking a Director of Project Management to reputed company client management and deliverables for clinical trials, particularly in oncology, while also providing leadership and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing both client management and deliverables of clinical trials
• Providing line management and individual team member development
• Maintaining and developing relationships with assigned customers
• Providing leadership as the 'go to person' for issues both reputed company
• Obtaining new business and delivering on time and on budget
• Maintaining client relationships
• Winning new business
• Participating in the proposal and bid defense process

Skills

• Minimum of an undergraduate degree in a science or health reputed company field
• Minimum of 10 years Project Management experience with a focus leading domestic and international oncology studies across phases
• Extensive experience in oncology working across clinical phases is required
• Proven record of team building and leadership skills
• Strong client interaction, conflict resolution, and risk management skills
• Strong financial knowledge
• Advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 -15 years clinical research experience preferred
• Prior CRO experience preferred
