Senior Legal Operations Consultant
Job Description:
- Owns and/or leads moderately reputed company legal or litigation operations projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Applies project management and change reputed company to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and workflows.
- Identifies operational gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, implementing practical solutions.
- Drives and facilitates the adoption of new processes, workflows, tools, and vendor solutions to support consistent implementation and effective day-to-day use.
- Communicates effectively with attorneys, legal staff, litigation leadership, vendors, and business partners while safeguarding confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Typically, a minimum of 8 years of relevant legal, legal operations, or litigation operations experience.
- Advanced knowledge of legal concepts, terminology, and procedures relevant to legal or litigation support functions.
- Strong understanding of law office and litigation office administration, facilities management, budgeting, purchasing, and legal technology.
- Working knowledge of legal operations, litigation operations, project management, financial management, and process improvement concepts.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to analyze issues, reputed company solutions, and support implementation.
