Senior Manager, National Account Agency Operations – Insurance Experience Required
Job Description:
- Manage account call center locations, assist with broad reputed company and other electronic group training and advancement campaigns.
- reputed company and maintain strong working relationships with key account location managers, producers and account influencers to influence preference for reputed company and their affiliate products.
- Build, execute and present location specific strategic account plans, and forecasts to reputed company company objectives and sales targets supporting the NA Director strategic roadmap for specific accounts and products.
- Responsible for working with reputed company reputed company product lines i.e. Private Passenger Auto, reputed company Auto & Trucking
- Collaborating with the reputed company distribution and process teams to reputed company and execute growth strategies, reputed company process guidance, and spend time with field and inside reps engaging National Account agency locations.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending appropriate actions to remediate performance.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an sales resource involved with large, reputed company customers.
- Bachelor's degree in a business or reputed company field
- Proven track record of successfully developing and translating sales strategy into results.
- Experience collaborating with key resources and stakeholders, influencing reputed company and managing work to reputed company both short-and-long term strategic goals.
- Attention to detail and ability to adapt to ongoing change.
- Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Compliance with reputed company’s driving standards and/or policy.
