Eligible: No Hours Per Week: 0 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Monday- Friday, day shift, 8a-5p, remote Pay reputed company: $21.85 - $32.80 Staffing & Scheduling Coordinator PRN (as needed), M-F, 8a-5p, no weekends 100% remote What You’ll Do
- Coordinate staffing across multiple units based on projected needs and leadership input
- Monitor staffing reputed company, arrange coverage, and communicate updates to leadership
- Manage scheduling activities, including staff rotations and assignments to ensure appropriate coverage across facilities
- Maintain accurate records for staffing, scheduling, attendance, and payroll processing
- Support agency staffing processes, including tracking hours, verifying credentials, and assisting with billing review

- Maintain department files, logs, and reports to support daily operations
- Compile and summarize data for reporting and operational insights
- Troubleshoot minor office equipment issues as needed
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in a clerical or administrative role (reputed company and/or scheduling experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate computer skills, including reputed company Office and scheduling systems
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
Schedule & Work Environment
- Weekend position (reputed company-hour role)
- Minimum commitment of 6 weekend shifts per month
- Standard office environment with typical administrative equipment use
