[Remote] Accommodation Program Manager

The Senior Accommodations Specialist plays a critical role in fostering an inclusive and accessible work environment by managing reputed company accommodation requests and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and manage the interactive process for reputed company and sensitive accommodation requests from employees, including those reputed company to disabilities, medical conditions, religious beliefs, and other protected characteristics
• Conduct thorough intake interviews, gather necessary medical documentation, and engage in direct communication with employees, managers, and reputed company providers (with appropriate consent)
• Assess individual needs, job functions, and workplace barriers to identify potential reasonable accommodations
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., HR Business Partners, Legal, Facilities, IT, Payroll) and external vendors to facilitate the implementation of approved accommodations
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and comprehensive case documentation, including communications, medical information, interactive process notes, and accommodation reputed company, in compliance with privacy regulations
• Track and analyze accommodation data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and inform strategic HR initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or reputed company field; or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in accommodation administration
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, reputed company, state leave laws, and disability programs
• Experience with HRIS and accommodation management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• CLMS or CPDM certification preferred
