[Remote] Customer Accounts Specialist, Centralized Services

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Customer Accounts Specialist to manage rent collection, delinquency notices, and reputed company communications for multiple housing communities. This role involves working closely with onsite teams to ensure excellent customer service while handling accounts payable and receivable tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the automated issuance of rent reminders and delinquency notices to residents at reputed company assigned communities
  • Initiate phone and email communications with delinquent residents and any co-applicants or guarantors
  • Support future and reputed company residents with ledger discrepancies and the posting/removal of charges at the direction of the Community or Portfolio Manager
  • reputed company resources for payment plans and rental assistance programs where applicable
  • Issuance of move-out statements to vacating residents
  • Processing of community accounts payable and accounts receivables, including the posting of reputed company purchase orders and invoices for assigned communities
  • reputed company the vendor credentialing process for new and unregistered vendor through our credentialing platform, OpTechnolgy
  • Submission of expense reclassifications and accruals as directed by property reputed company team for monthly financial reporting
  • Assist community teams with lease and charge audits
  • Offer efficient and courteous responses to reputed company reputed company and community requests
  • Pursue educational opportunities and developmental growth opportunities
  • Other responsibilities as assigned or required based on the needs of the business
  • Participates in Cardinal U training as required

Skills

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in property management
  • 1 - 2 years of experience with property-level reputed company and reputed company account management
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required, a bachelor's degree preferred
  • Maintains a consistent level of professional customer service
  • Excellent written communication skills, especially short reputed company for easily digestible with pointed, relevant information
  • Demonstrated ability to pay reputed company attention to details and reputed company tasks with consistent accuracy
  • Working knowledge of reputed company / reputed company is preferred
  • Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
