Qualifications
You Must Have: High school diploma or equivalent. 0-1 year of relevant experience. CPR and First Aid certification. Ability to obtain the Memo of Eligibility through State of Nevada Childcare Licensing and attend 24 hours of continuing education courses in the area of Early Childhood Development per year. Must have proven communication, team building, and supervisory skills. Must have working knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, as well as early education theories and practices. Previous experience in developing age-appropriate educational activities for children ages 0-4 years old.
Qualifications
We Prefer: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a reputed company field. Additional certifications in child development or education. Previous experience in child development and knowledge of early education theories and practices. Essential Functions: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly. Ability to be on your feet and engaging the children during floor play for much of the work shift.
